PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The solid core pure calcium wire is made of an outer steel strip and an inner calcium wire rolled and wrapped together. After the molten steel is refining, it is fed into the molten steel by a wire feeding machine with a feeding speed of 60-120 m/s and a feeding amount of 0.8-1.5 m/ton; suitable for calcium treatment in molten steel refining;

①.The calcium treatment process will not bring in other oxides present in the powder line to pollute the molten steel;

②. It has a high-density core rod, the quality is easy to detect, and the smaller core wire surface area gives it a longer shelf life and can reduce calcium oxide inclusions that pollute the molten steel;

③. More uniform calcium content per meter and higher and more stable active calcium content to ensure a more stable calcium treatment effect;

④. Thicker outer steel shell and high-density pure calcium core rod can feed calcium into deeper parts of the molten steel and fully react below the critical depth, thereby achieving a higher calcium recovery rate;
